BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center/Collections Representative to assist consumers with their accounts. This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving as you guide customers through payment options and plans.

You will handle high-volume calls, document interactions, and meet performance goals with coaching. Eligible for benefits, PTO, and a company-matched 401(k).

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsabilidades

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
