Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle billing and insurance inquiries, offer payment options, and process payments. You will work in a remote or Marshfield, WI office environment, using EPIC, Artiva, and Cerner Soarian as needed. Strong communication and empathy are essential to meet KPIs.

Candidates should have healthcare customer service exposure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask across systems and policies. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior call center experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding is preferred.
• Clear communication and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and written inquiries on billing and insurance.
• Explain and offer payment options to customers and facilitate payments.
• Operate with minimal guidance to meet KPIs for calls, payments, and quality.
