Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or healthcare customer service environment preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance concepts preferred, including deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases while communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written inquiries from patients, law offices, and insurance companies.
• Resolve billing and insurance questions and discuss payment options and resources.
• Follow client policies, procedures, and laws while achieving KPIs (calls per hour, payment resolutions, call quality).
• Maintain accurate notes and codes in systems and provide professional service.
