Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver consistent support for billing and insurance inquiries. Remote or Marshfield, WI office options are available, with August training class opportunities.

The role focuses on resolving payments, explaining options, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant communication. You will handle calls and written inquiries, using scripts to maximize recovery, while adhering to client policies and laws.

Qualifications

Experience in a call center and healthcare customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with Artiva and Cerner Soarian; EPIC is a plus.
Working knowledge of medical billing and coding is preferred.
Clear written and verbal communication with proper grammar and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

Take calls from patients, law offices, insurance companies and other outside facilities to resolve complex billing and insurance issues.
Make outbound and take inbound calls to resolve balances on aging accounts not yet sent for collections.
Answer complex billing and insurance questions (deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, denials, disputes).
Review financial information and suggest payment options and/or assistance programs per client guidelines.
Communicate effectively with customers, overcoming objections and guiding payment resources.
