State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Health Care Customer Service Representatives for remote work. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving questions on insurance, billing, and payments in a high-tech environment.

The role requires familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare administration, with bilingual options available. Compensation includes $16.00/hr for non-bilingual and $18.00/hr for bilingual, plus quarterly increases up to $2.00/hr in the first year.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service function.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and may support bilingual calls.

Responsabilidades

• Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Responds to information requests from patients in a professional, thorough manner.
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties.
• Schedule-flexible with regular evening and Saturday work as needed.
• Support bilingual calls where applicable.
