State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve billing questions, explain payments, and follow HIPAA and FDCPA guidelines in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates may be bilingual and earn up to $18.00 per hour for bilingual remote work, or $16.00 per hour for non-bilingual roles, with potential quarterly increases in the first year.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service handling public contact
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required

• Makes and answers calls to resolve billing and payment issues
• Responds to information requests in a professional, thorough manner
• Acts to gain payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the client
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies
• Investigates and responds to client inquiries as needed
• Enters and monitors payment arrangements
• Adheres to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and other applicable laws
