State Collection Service, Inc. seeks Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams. As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance, billing, and payments in a high-tech environment.

This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays. Bilingual candidates are welcome and may provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Qualificações

• Experience in a call center or customer service function with public contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance/administration preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Flexible evening and Saturday shifts as required by business needs.
• Team-based collaboration; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make and answer calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to patient/account inquiries in a professional, thorough manner.
• Pursue payment arrangements on behalf of the client.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries as needed.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements.
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and other applicable laws.
