Job summary

State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Health Care Customer Service Representatives for remote work in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve billing questions, and assist patients with insurance and payments in a high-tech environment.

This role requires at least 1 year in a call center or customer service, with optional bilingual support. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided, including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or administration preferred.
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Explain information to patients in a professional, thorough manner.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies in daily duties.
• Support bilingual calls where applicable.
• Work with established queues and call pools as necessary.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, including evenings and Saturdays.
