State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolving questions about insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments in a high-tech environment.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and Saturdays, and bilingual capability adds value for bilingual calls. We provide comprehensive benefits and a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in call center or customer service handling public calls.
• Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organization skills and multi-tasking across tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required by business needs.
• Team-based collaboration and cooperative work style.
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsabilités

• Make and answer calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to information requests from patients in a professional manner.
• Pursue payment arrangements on behalf of the client as appropriate.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies for duties.
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries as needed.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements.
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and related laws.
