Job summary

Cardwell Beach is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive to generate new conversations and opportunities for a growing marketing agency. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to build meaningful client relationships from home.

You will research industries, reach out via email/phone/LinkedIn, schedule discovery meetings, and collaborate with our team on outreach strategies to drive growth. Previous BD experience is helpful, but personality matters most.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations and identify businesses that may be a fit for our services.
• Schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team.
• Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
• Track outreach activity and notes inside our CRM.
• Collaborate with our internal team on outreach strategies and growth ideas.
• Help generate referrals, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Stay organized and consistent with communication efforts.
