Cardwell Beach is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate conversations and opportunities for a growing marketing agency. This fully remote position offers a flexible schedule and a chance to build meaningful client relationships from home.

You will research industries, reach out via email/phone/LinkedIn, schedule discovery meetings, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive growth. Experience in sales or BD is helpful, but personality and work ethic matter most.
