Cardwell Beach is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate conversations and opportunities for a growing marketing agency. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to help businesses solve problems from home.

You will research opportunities, reach out via email/phone/LinkedIn, schedule discovery meetings, and build long-term relationships through thoughtful follow-up. Prior success in outreach and CRM tracking is a plus, with room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, account management, or business development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
