Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a sales professional to drive new business within the U.S. market.

This fully remote role focuses on developing opportunities for companies up to 50 employees, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with autonomy in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. You’ll generate leads, present Paylocity’s tech stack, prepare proposals, and coordinate data conversions during transitions.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly desired.
• 1-2 years’ proven sales experience.
• Ability to travel within territory and meet prospects in person.
• Able to thrive in a competitive environment and meet activity standards.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Determine prospective customers’ HR technology needs for target companies.
• Present Paylocity’s tech stack to meet those needs in the market.
• Prepare and present proposals; provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate data conversions from previous payroll providers to Paylocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and networks.
• Build relationships with CPAs and maintain existing CPA relationships.
• Attend Paylocity-sponsored events to promote services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
