Paylocity is seeking a sales professional for a fully remote position. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for companies with up to 50 employees, in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

You’ll present our HR/payroll software stack, guide clients through a consultative process, and coordinate data conversions with prior providers. The role emphasizes prospecting, autonomy in the field, and cross-functional collaboration with partners.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet prospects in person.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Identify prospective customers’ needs for HR technology in target companies.
• Present Paylocity’s tech stack to meet those needs in a geographic market.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate data conversion from previous payroll provider to Paylocity.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
• Build relationships with CPAs and maintain CPA relationships.
• Attend Paylocity-sponsored events to promote services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
