Job summary

Paylocity is a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider. We are seeking a Sales professional for a fully remote role in the United States to grow new business with companies up to 50 employees.

You will own the full sales cycle, generate leads, and guide clients through a consultative process to deliver Paylocity solutions. You will strengthen client relationships, present our tech stack, and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years’ proven sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers’ HR tech needs in target markets.
• Present Paylocity’s tech stack to meet those needs.
• Prepare proposals and follow up through the sales process.
• Coordinate data conversion from prior payroll provider.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and networks.
• Attend events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
