Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to develop new business for companies up to 50 employees. This fully remote role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S. with availability five days a week.

Join the Sales & Marketing team to generate leads, guide prospects through a consultative process, and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within territory.
• Customer service orientation and initiative.

Mansioni

• Determine prospective customers’ needs for HR technology in a defined market.
• Present Paylocity’s tech stack to meet those needs.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up through the sales process.
• Manage data migration from prior payroll provider to Paylocity.
• Build relationships with CPAs and attend industry events.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
