Paylocity is hiring for a remote sales position focused on small companies (up to 50 employees). You will own the full sales cycle in a fast-paced market, generating leads, engaging prospects, and guiding them through a consultative process. Strong prospecting and autonomous field work are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Determine prospective customers’ HR tech needs in target companies.
• Present Paylocity’s tech stack to meet needs in specific markets.
• Prepare and present proposals with timely follow-up.
• Manage data conversion from previous payroll provider to Paylocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for a smooth client transition to Paylocity.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing and referrals.
• Build relationships with CPAs and maintain CPA partnerships.
• Attend Paylocity events to promote services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
