Job summary

Humana Government Business seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will participate in agency audits, manage the HGB Position Tracking System, and coordinate onboarding of temporary workers, while supporting routine and ad hoc reporting and vendor relationships in a remote role with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required by the DoD contract.
• No hires in Puerto Rico due to government contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in HR handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Participate in audits by Government agencies.
• Manage maintenance of the HGB Position Tracking System.
• Coordinate onboarding of temporary workers and verify trainings and invoices.
• Support HGB by developing and issuing routine and ad hoc reports.
