Humana Government Business (HGB) is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements. You will develop staffing models, labor cost proposals, and participate in audits.

You will manage the HGB Position Tracking System, coordinate onboarding of temporary workers, and produce monthly reports. This remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with ET hours and potential travel for training.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship is required by the DoD contract.
• Puerto Rico residents are not eligible for hire under this contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Respond to HR BP information requests in a timely manner.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure job postings are updated in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Coordinate onboarding and timecard approvals for temporary workers.
• Assist Corporate Procurement on contract terms and vendor evaluations.
• Support special team projects.
