Job summary

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to align with Human Resources on government contract requirements. You will help develop staffing models and labor cost proposals, participate in audits, and manage the HGB Position Tracking System.

You will also manage relationships with our contingent labor vendor, guide leaders on temporary staffing, and generate reports from payroll and staffing systems. This remote role may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries from HR Business Partners.
• Advise Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing/status reports.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports from Workday and other sources.
• Maintain relationships with the contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and best use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify training and timecards.
• Assist Corporate Procurement with vendor terms and evaluations for government contracts.
• Support special projects assigned to the team.
