Humana Government Business seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will participate in audits, manage the Position Tracking System, and support with reports from Workday payroll and other sources while coordinating with the contingent labor vendor. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship is required for the DoD contract.
• Puerto Rico can not be hired under this contract.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Respond to HRBPs with timely information.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with the HGB pricing team on staffing model development.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly reports.
• Support HGB by generating reports from Position Tracking System and payroll systems.
• Manage relationship with the contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards.
• Assist Corporate Procurement in vendor contracts and assess potential vendors.
• Assist with special projects.
