Job summary

Humana Government Business seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing comprehensive staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will manage the HGB Position Tracking System, work with the contingent labor vendor, participate in audits, and support special projects. This remote role involves 40 hours per week (ET) with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contract
• Three years of HR experience with compensation and confidential data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs)

Responsibilities

• Liaise between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System and reporting
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers
• Provide guidance on Service Contract Act requirements
• Support audits and vendor relationships
