Job summary

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaise between HGB and HR, ensuring compliant staffing for government contracts. You will support cost proposals, audits, and maintenance of the Position Tracking System while managing relationships with our contingent labor vendor.

You will respond to HR information requests, guide payroll on SCA requirements, and post vacancies in Workday. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required by DoD contract.
• Not eligible to hire residents of Puerto Rico under contract terms.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Respond to HR information requests in a timely manner.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacancies in Workday promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with updates.
• Produce monthly staffing reports and analyses.
• Support contingent labor vendor relationships and onboarding.
• Advise leaders on contingent staffing needs and utilization.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and timecard approvals.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement and vendor evaluation.
• Contribute to special team projects as assigned.
