Job summary

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaison between HGB and Human Resources, developing staffing models and labor cost proposals while assisting with government contract audits. You will manage the HGB Position Tracking System, collaborate with the contingent labor vendor, and support RFP reviews, onboarding, and monthly reporting.

Remote position with standard ET hours and occasional travel for training or meetings; 40 hours weekly; compensation review

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this DoD contract.
• Puerto Rico residence is not permitted for this contract.
• Three years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and HR to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to HR Business Partners requests for information.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
