Job summary

Humana Government Business seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaison with HR and contract teams, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

The remote role supports audits, maintains the Position Tracking System, and collaborates with the contingent labor vendor while coordinating temporary staffing needs and reporting. 40 hours weekly, $59,300–$80,900 yearly.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the Department of Defense contract.
• Not able to hire candidates currently living in Puerto Rico per contract.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.
• Background with Service Contract Act and government contracting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance and staffing model development.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from HR Business Partners.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacancies in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Generate ad hoc reports from staffing systems and payroll.
• Manage relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and best use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify training and timecards.
• Assist in contract term development with Corporate Procurement.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
