Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to design, implement, and manage global time tracking, leave policies, and absence administration.

You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience worldwide, leveraging Workday and AI-driven insights. The role requires deep knowledge of time & attendance systems, global leave regulations, and strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Product, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in time & absence
• Strong knowledge of global time management and leave laws
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing time and absence programs across multiple global regions

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs
• Define goals and success metrics for accuracy, compliance and employee experience
• Subject matter expert on time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits and Legal on policy design and administration
• Work with regional stakeholders to balance global standards with local requirements
• Collaborate with Product Manager and IT to optimize modules in Workday
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow between systems
• Develop training and enablement materials for implementations and enhancements
• Lead change management for new system rollouts and policy updates
• Provide guidance to HR teams, managers and employees
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
• Translate regulatory requirements into system design specifications
