Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to design, implement, and manage global time tracking, leave management, and absence programs.

You will own systems, policies, and processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across regions and harmonizing with Workday. The role requires 5+ years in program management with deep time/absence expertise, strong Workday knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Legal, Product, IT, and Payroll to streamline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Global time management and leave laws knowledge.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing time and absence programs across multiple regions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define goals and success metrics for accuracy and compliance.
• Act as SME on time tracking and leave management.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on policy design.
• Coordinate with Product Manager and IT to optimize Workday modules.
• Partner with Payroll for accurate data flow.
• Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws.
• Develop training and enablement materials for implementations.
• Lead change management for system rollouts and policy updates.
