CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global time and absence programs.

You will own systems, policies, and processes for time tracking, leave management, and absence administration—ensuring accuracy and compliance across regions. The role requires a strong PM background, deep expertise in time/absence systems, and experience with Workday modules, enabling cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Solid understanding of global time management and leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on leave policy design and administration; coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local labor laws and leave regulations; translate requirements into system design.
• Develop training materials and lead change management for new systems and policy updates.
