Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of global time management and leave laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own global time and absence program strategy, roadmap and delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Legal and regional stakeholders.
• Work with Product and IT to optimize time/absence modules in Workday.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
