Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to design, implement, and manage global time tracking, leave, and absence policies across regions. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience in a remote, worldwide environment.

You will own the systems, processes, and governance within Workday Time & Absence, collaborating with HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT to deliver scalable solutions and enablement for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Solid understanding of global time management and leave laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience across multiple global regions and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define goals and success metrics for accuracy, compliance, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on policy design and administration.
• Coordinate with Product, IT, and Payroll for system integrations and data integrity.
• Translate regulatory requirements into system and program design specifications.
• Develop training and enablement materials; lead change management for rollouts.
