Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to design, implement, and govern global time tracking, leave management, and absence processes across regions.

You will own systems, policies, and workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. You will partner with HR, Benefits, Legal, IT, and Payroll, drive change management for Workday modules, and translate regulatory requirements into system specifications while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Solid understanding of global time management and leave laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define program goals and success metrics for accuracy, compliance, and employee experiences.
• Serve as SME on time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on leave policy design and administration.
• Work with regional stakeholders to balance global standards with local requirements.
• Work with Product Manager and IT to optimize time and absence modules within Workday.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow between time/absence, payroll, and HR systems.
• Develop training and enablement materials and lead change management for system rollouts.
