Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our worldwide time tracking, leave, and absence programs. You will own the systems and policies that govern time and absence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth employee experience across regions.

You'll partner with HR, Benefits, Legal, Product, IT, and Payroll to optimize Workday modules, translate regulatory requirements into system designs, and lead change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of global time management and leave laws.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define goals and metrics for accuracy and compliance.
• Subject matter expert on time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on policy design and administration.
• Work with Product Manager and IT to optimize Time/Absence modules in Workday.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow between time/absence, payroll, and HR systems.
