Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to lead global time tracking, leave management, and related systems. You will own the design, implementation, and ongoing governance across regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while enhancing employee experience.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT to optimize Workday time/absence modules and drive continuous improvements in processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management with 5+ years in time and absence.
• Experience using AI to optimize workflows and decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Understanding of global time management and compliance laws.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define goals, metrics, and strive for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, and IT on policy and data flow.
• Drive change management and provide training for new rollouts.
