Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global time and absence programs.

You will own systems, policies, and processes governing time tracking and leave management across regions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management, deep Workday Time & Absence experience, and strong knowledge of global time/leave regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project mgmt with 5+ years in time & absence.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Strong Workday Time & Absence knowledge.
• Global time management and leave law knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional global programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define goals and success metrics for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as SME on time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on policy design.
• Work with Product and IT to optimize Workday modules.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure data flow between systems.
