Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join our team as a remote role. You will provide tactical sourcing for depots, investigational products, couriers, and ancillary supplies and analyze complex study requirements to advise internal customers.

You will coordinate sourcing activities, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and help ensure compliant products are available when trials need them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, pharmacy, health discipline, or related field.
• Operational understanding of clinical studies and sourcing principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing solutions for depots, investigational products, couriers, and supplies.
• Analyze study requirements and advise internal customers.
• Coordinate sourcing activities to ensure compliant products and services.
• Support supplier selection, contracting, and ongoing sourcing needs.
• Build relationships and resolve urgent study requests while maintaining quality.
