Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join our team and support remote clinical studies. You will provide tactical sourcing solutions for depots, investigational medicinal products, couriers, and ancillary supplies, analyze requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing activities to ensure compliant products are available when studies require them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree or equivalent in biology, pharmacy, or health-related discipline
• Operational understanding of clinical studies and supply chain activities
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers and provide professional sourcing advice at all levels
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals, and purchase orders
• Conduct commodity research, regulatory requirements, supplier selection, and RFIs/ROIs
• Ensure products meet local requirements and budget constraints
• Coordinate return of rental equipment and medical devices
• Own and action sourcing help desk tickets and draft Statements of Work
• Anticipate sourcing challenges and work with suppliers to find compliant alternatives
• Obtain supplier/manufacturer documentation for import/export
• Address quality issues with third-party suppliers and mentor junior team members
