Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join our team remotely. You will provide tactical sourcing for depots, investigational products, couriers, and ancillary supplies, while ensuring compliant products for clinical studies.

You will analyze study requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing activities, supplier selection, contracting, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in biology, pharmacy, or related field.
• Operational understanding of clinical studies and supply chain.
• Knowledge of GCP, GDP, and GxP requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and provide sourcing advice at all levels.
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals, and POs.
• Conduct commodity research, regulatory requirements, supplier selection, and RFI/RFPs.
• Ensure products meet local requirements and budgeted prices.
• Coordinate return of rental equipment and medical devices.
• Own sourcing help desk tickets, create/execute Statements of Work, and on-demand sourcing.
• Anticipate challenges and work with suppliers on compliant, alternative supplies.
• Obtain supplier and manufacturer documentation for import/export.
• Address quality issues with third-party suppliers and mentor juniors.
