Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Supply and Logistics Coordinator to join our team and provide tactical sourcing solutions for depots, investigational products, couriers, and supplies. You will analyze study requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing to ensure compliant products and services are available when studies need them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, pharmacy, health discipline, or related field.
• Understanding of clinical studies, supply chains, sourcing and contracting.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice and related standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal customers and provide sourcing advice at all levels.
• Monitor quality, efficiency, pricing accuracy, PRs, approvals and POs.
• Conduct commodity research, supplier selection and RFx activities.
• Ensure products meet budget and import/export requirements.
• Coordinate returns and refunds; liaise with suppliers for credit docs.
• Own sourcing help desk tickets and execute Statements of Work.
• Analyze data to support bulk purchasing and supplier qualifications.
• Anticipate sourcing challenges and identify compliant alternatives.
• Obtain supplier/manufacturer documentation for import/export purposes.
• Support internal customers with sourcing questions and mentor juniors.
