Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join a remote team. You will provide tactical sourcing for depots, investigational products, couriers, and ancillary supplies, analyzing complex study requirements and advising internal customers to ensure compliant products are available for clinical studies.

You will engage in supplier selection, sourcing, contracting, problem resolution, and supply planning, building strong supplier relationships and delivering out-of-the-box solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing or procurement in CRO/pharma environments.
• Operational understanding of clinical studies and supply chains.
• Knowledge of GCP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and provide sourcing advice at all levels.
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals and POs.
• Conduct commodity research, regulatory requirements, supplier selection, and RFIs/RFPs.
• Ensure products meet local requirements and are obtained at budgeted prices.
• Coordinate the return of rental equipment and medical devices.
• Own and resolve sourcing tickets, create SOIs/Statements of Work, and support on-demand sourcing.
• Anticipate challenges and work with suppliers to identify compliant alternatives.
• Obtain supplier and manufacturer documentation for import/export.
• Support internal customers with sourcing questions and mentor juniors.
