Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Supply and Logistics Coordinator (Remote) to provide tactical sourcing for depots, investigational products, couriers, and ancillary supplies. You will analyze complex study requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing activities to ensure compliant products and services are available for clinical studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, pharmacy, health-related discipline, international trade, business administration, or logistics, or relevant work experience
• Operational understanding of clinical studies and related supply chain activities
• Knowledge of GCP, GDP, and Good Practice requirements
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work with tight timelines and urgency with attention to quality

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical sourcing solutions for depots, investigational medicinal products, couriers, and ancillary supplies
• Analyze study requirements and coordinate sourcing activities for compliant products and services
• Support supplier selection, sourcing, contracting, problem resolution, and supply planning
• Build supplier relationships and improve sourcing processes to meet urgent study needs while ensuring quality and compliance
• Own sourcing help desk tickets and create Statements of Work
• Assist with data analysis and trend forecasting for bulk purchasing and supplier qualification
