UpGuard is hiring a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind our revenue organization. You will manage Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants globally, owning both pre-sales and post-sales technical strategy and execution.

You will drive demos, PoCs, and rigorous technical discovery to win new business while scaling a dedicated professional services posture. This is a remote-first, high-growth leadership role with global impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants teams across regions and time zones.
• Drive the technical win in pre-sales with demos, PoCs, and discovery.
• Own the post-sales technical escalation path and cross-sell initiatives.
• Be hands-on in high-stakes customer calls to set the technical bar.
• Improve RFPs and security assessments with scalable content.
• Enable partners through training, certification, and deal support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed the roadmap.
• Forecast, capacity plan, and define measurable revenue-focused processes.
