Job summary

UpGuard is building a brand-new Professional Services function in the US, hiring Day 1 to shape our deployment playbook. You will lead complex enterprise deployments end-to-end, write SOPs, and collaborate with PS, Sales, and Product to scale our global team.

You bring 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementations or solutions architecture, with a strong consultative approach and hands-on PSA tooling experience. This role offers a fully remote setup with generous benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is preferred.
Familiarity with PSA tools and complex enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Foundational Practice Building: design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: own complex deployments end-to-end and manage client expectations.
Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: develop deep expertise in UpGuard capabilities and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
Process Re-Engineering & Translation: translate client needs into actionable technical specs and redesign workflows.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with PS, Sales, and Product to feed field insights into the roadmap.
