Job summary

Momentus Technologies seeks a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead the global Solutions Engineering function, setting vision and strategy for pre-sales and solution design. You will oversee a team delivering technical engagements, influence product direction, and align technical messaging with business outcomes.

You will work across Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate growth and position Momentus as a market leader while engaging with enterprise prospects and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
• Ability to mentor and scale a high-performing group of engineers.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and enterprise prospects.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing to influence roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy for Solutions Engineering to support revenue growth and customer success.
• Establish frameworks for technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers with training and career paths.
• Guide compelling C-level product presentations and workshops for enterprise prospects and clients.
