Qualifications

• Define and execute the global strategy for Solutions Engineering to support revenue growth and customer success.
• Establish frameworks for technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers with training and career paths.
• Deliver compelling C-level product presentations and workshops for enterprise prospects.
• Ensure alignment of technical messaging with business outcomes and value-based selling.
• Develop best practices for RFIs/RFPs and response strategies.
• Drive scalable processes and tooling improvements across the function.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to optimize deal strategy and roadmap influence.
