Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a foundational Professional Services leader to design and deploy scalable enterprise solutions for our CRPM platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, build SOPs, manage client expectations, and drive successful outcomes in large organizations.

As a Day 1 hire, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and PS leadership, shaping how we scale delivery, standardize workflows, and translate business needs into technical deployments across security and risk programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is required.
• GRC expertise is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies and SOPs.
• Own complex enterprise deployments end-to-end and manage client expectations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success.
• Develop deep expertise in UpGuard capabilities and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party systems).
• Translate ambiguous client needs into actionable technical specifications and re-engineer workflows.
