Job summary

Convergint seeks a Program Administrator to monitor and coordinate operational requirements for global accounts, enforcing customer standards and market regulations. You will drive consistency in service delivery across locations while supporting the Program Manager and Account Executives.

You’ll rely on strong customer service, financial literacy, and MS Office expertise to manage POs, invoices, CSP renewals, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Strong written and oral communication with the ability to present to multiple levels.
• Solid financial understanding: AR/AP, profitability, PO processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate operational requirements for global accounts.
• Process customer POs and ensure correct procedures and requirements.
• Generate and review service and installation invoices for on-time payment.
• Support CSP renewals, pricing, and scope of work with the Program Manager.
• Maintain site data, onboarding of new accounts, and customer training.
