Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a proactive Program Administrator to support global/strategic customer engagements and ensure adherence to standards and regulations. You will help monitor operational requirements, coordinate processes, and drive consistent service delivery across locations and regions.

You will work with the Program Manager and Account Executives on pricing, CSP renewals, and performance reporting, contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction while upholding

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in operations, field service or project management.
• Diploma and/or certificate in Business Administration or related office experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open work orders with local offices and provide direction on solutions.
• Distribute customer POs to local teams and ensure correct processes.
• Generate or review invoices and monitor days-to-invoice in the financial system.
• Monitor profitability for work orders and CSPs and flag issues.
• Maintain iCare sites and customer information; onboard new accounts as requested.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly financial or performance reports as requested.
• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and pricing/Terms & Conditions.
• Attend weekly status meetings or calls and support with CSP renewals.
• Set up customer templates in MiQuote and ensure quotes are consistent.
• Train users on payment systems and upload invoices.
• Create and implement processes to improve delivery and profitability.
