Job summary

Convergint seeks a results-driven Program Manager to set up and manage programs for enterprise accounts across locations. You will coordinate operations, sales, and service teams to deliver high-value solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive standard processes, and provide regular reviews to executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of operations or project management experience.
• PMI certification desirable; licenses/certifications preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of coordination for accounts with regular proactive communications.
• Understand client structure and translate partnerships into internal actions.
• Deploy standard processes to drive efficiency across locations and regions.
• Govern programs and coordinate regional/global teams and partners.
• Lead, mentor and develop local and distributed colleagues.
• Monitor financial performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing reviews on a regular basis.
