Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Program Manager to set up and manage programs for enterprise accounts globally. You will coordinate multiple operations and sales teams, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and account growth.

You will drive operational excellence, lead teams, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PMI certification desirable; industry certifications may be preferred.
• Experience in program or project management for large-scale enterprise accounts is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of coordination on individual accounts and provides regular, proactive communications for all operational activities.
• Learns client business by building relationships with stakeholders and understanding structure and strategies.
• Deploys standard processes and tools to achieve internal efficiencies across locations and regions.
• Drives governance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple accounts.
• Mentors and leads local and distributed teams; may manage direct reports.
