Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead multi-account programs across global enterprise clients. You will coordinate operations, sales, and service teams to deliver complex projects, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

You’ll build relationships with key stakeholders, implement standard processes, and provide regular business reviews while mentoring colleagues and expanding service offerings worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations or project management experience.
• PMI certification desirable; valid driver's license required.
• Experience in electronic security, life safety, or building automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities across accounts and teams.
